Silvia is the founder of La Casa Mexicana, a well-known Mexican restaurant in Sudbury, Ontario. Originally from Mexico, she has spent over 25 years bringing authentic Mexican cuisine to Greater Sudbury, becoming one of the pioneers of traditional Mexican food in the region.
Through family recipes and homemade dishes, she built a trusted destination for authentic Mexican food in Sudbury. Beyond the restaurant, Silvia actively supports local charities and community fundraisers, using her business to give back to the Greater Sudbury community.
